Swimming, Plan B

We have been taking Noah swimming at the rec center every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Since tomorrow is the 4th of July and we would not be going we decided to take him today. When we got to the rec center the "leisure pool," a.k.a. the baby pool, was closed. So, we decided to have Noah try out his own baby pool on our deck. Had we known it was going to be so successful I don't know if we would have been paying to take him to the rec center pool!!! Just kidding, we love the rec center pool because he can go under water, back and front float and he gets to be around other kids. However, the baby pool at our house was a huge success!!! He played in it for almost an hour!

Just had to share a picture of Noah eating his first (okay, his second) grilled cheese sandwich. Grandpa Tom made him one for lunch yesterday but by the time we gave it to him he was too full. We tried it again last night. He didn't eat much of it, but it was a good start. Little things like this make me sad, he's growing up so fast!
